Court Case : Subject as Defendant

This section consolidates public findings from court records where the subject is listed as a Defendant (facing legal action by another party).

Why it matters:

If someone has been sued, declared bankrupt, or charged under civil/criminal cases, this section highlights the potential risks of engaging with them. It helps you detect red flags that may affect your decision to proceed with an agreement, contract, or partnership.

Note: A court record does not always indicate guilt or wrongdoing. Consider the judgement status and context of the case before making final conclusions.

Court Case: Subject as Plaintiff

This section lists instances where the subject has acted as a Plaintiff (initiating legal action against another party).

Why it matters:

This shows the subject’s legal activity from the opposite perspective whether they have pursued lawsuits, claims, or enforcement against others. Understanding both sides gives you a balanced view of the individual’s legal history.

Note:
A court record does not always indicate guilt or wrongdoing. Consider the judgement status and context of the case before making final conclusions.
